In memory of Jo Blaker

We are very sad to announce that Jo Blaker passed away early in the New Year after a short battle with cancer. Jo has been involved in PRIME for many years as the Team Leader for a prison healthcare programme in Uganda and in a central function as a Nursing and Allied Health Professionals representative at both PRIME’s Management Team and Tutor Support Group. We will miss her contributions and her upbeat and typically humble approach to life as well as her sense of fun. Our thoughts and prayers are very much with her family especially her husband Tony and son Luke. Jo’s funeral will be held at 11.30am GMT on Friday 28th January and will be attended by representatives of the PRIME Trustees and Operations Team. Those of you who knew Jo are of course welcome to attend the funeral or remember her in whatever way you prefer. If you would like further details of the funeral please let us know.
