Administration & Governance Officer



Full time. Salary dependent on experience





    • Supports our Trustee Board and Executive Committee to meet the legal requirements of our Company and Charity status

    • Assists with the central administration of the charity including organising all our UK events and conferences

    • Manages our bursary support fund and make general funding appeals on behalf of PRIME

International Assistant



Full  or part time considered, min 24 hours per week
Working pattern by negotiation
Salary dependent on experience
This role may be appropriate for an Apprenticeship





    • Helps our International Officer provide administrative support for our international events

    • Assists a small team responsible for supporting our volunteer tutors, including processing all new tutor applications and attending our international Annual Conference

Both roles are based in our office in St Leonards but individuals must be prepared to travel to PRIME events and meetings, some of which may be overseas, and can claim reasonable travel expenses. PRIME operates a flexitime system in order to offer a degree of flexibility both to the post holder and to PRIME.
